Becky has spent the last 10 years in Operations in the Toronto tech community, working her way up from an Admin to Senior Leadership. Along the way, she learned not just about the inner workings of HR, Finance, and Ops at startups, but how these functions underlie success at each company phase.

Her goal now is to provide small to medium-sized companies with the opportunity to invest in Ops earlier rather than later, to remove future blockers. Understanding that this kind of work is holistic in nature, Becky works with other experts not just in Ops, but also in Product, Engineering, Management, CX, Marketing, and Sales to bring the best experience she can to her clients.
